You interact with results — booked appointments, answered customers, followed-up quotes — not with configuration dashboards.

Delegation converts that time cost into a flat, predictable monthly fee.

The engagement fee is not an installation charge; it covers the workflow audit and system design — deliverables you keep. And the structural difference from platform pricing: no credit system. Credit-based tools become unpredictable exactly when the automation becomes useful — usage grows, the meter runs. A flat fee means the invoice in month six equals the invoice in month one. That means no proprietary lock-in — your workflows are documented, portable assets that belong to you. Our value is the analysis, the integration depth, and the ongoing operation; not secrecy about what runs underneath.

Those are self-service platforms: you design, build, test and maintain the automations yourself, and most bill by credits that scale with usage. In the done-for-you model, we deliver and operate the working employee for a flat fee — you never build anything.
Each engagement includes the integrations its playbook requires, on standard tools (CRM, email, calendar, WhatsApp). Unusual or industry-specific systems move the engagement to a design engagement — that is what the Custom level exists for.
The workflow analysis takes one call. A running AI employee typically follows in two to four weeks, depending on the role and integrations.
Sensitive actions carry human approval checkpoints, every interaction is logged, and escalation paths to your team are built in from day one. Autonomy expands only as trust is established — this is a supervised system, not an unattended one.
